Tae Kwon Do is a fun and healthy martial arts form. Learning this sport teaches you self-defense and will help you stay physically and mentally fit. There is also emphasis on discipline and building strong moral values. (Yes, you get to break boards too!)
PHYSICAL FITNESS
While flexibility and physical fitness is a key element in Tae Kwon Do, we offer enhanced training programs for the beginner all the way to the athlete.
SELF DEFENSE
We train our students to see, avoid and if needed, calm difficult situations. Should the use of physical contact be required, we practice self defense and escape techniques that will work for the size and age of the student .
